Dooly and the snortsnoot : production material, 1972.

Although he enjoys playing with the village children instead of scaring them, Dooly, a giant who never grew, can't quite forget that giants are supposed to be big, brave, and scary. The collection includes fifteen ink and watercolor illustrations with separations and pasteup text for dedication, title page, text, one publisher's proof for jacket, two jackets.

Jack Kent wrote and illustrated about 40 children's books during his career and illustrated nearly 20 by other authors. He began his career as a free-lance commercial artist, created a comic strip "King Aroo" which was syndicated from 1950 to 1965.
